Rhona Fairgrieve was born and lives in Scotland.
Drawing is the core of Rhona’s practice. She works primarily on paper with ink. Her work is often autobiographical. Rhona loves walking. Ideas and themes for her work are also from memories of days walking along beaches, canals, lochs and rivers and exploring towns and cities in Scotland and abroad. She exhibits in local and city galleries and exhibitions.
Her work has been selected, included and sold in these well known International Annual Open Exhibitions held in Edinburgh.

Her work has also been selected and included in the Paisley Art Institute Annual Open Exhibition, The Royal Glasgow Institute of The Fine Arts Annual Open Exhibition and

Rhona received The Glasgow Art Club Award at the Paisley Art Institute’s 131st Annual Exhibition 2019.

Her work is in private and public collections at home and abroad.
