Linda Clark

Artist Member

Linda Clark has drawn and painted all her life. She has studied for many years as an open student at Glasgow School of Art. She is an Artist Member of Paisley Art Institute and of the Glasgow Society of Women Artists. Her work has been collected by various banks and individual collectors. She has exhibited with the Royal Glasgow Institute, the Royal Scottish Academy and various galleries, including the Wren Gallery in the Cotswolds.

She has won the Lauder Award for landscape painting from the Glasgow Society of Women Artists. She received the “Plein Air” Award from Paisley Art Institute. She has received the Constance Hamilton Award from the Glasgow Southern Art Club. She has exhibited many times with the Torrance Gallery Edinburgh. She has had solo shows in the RGI Kelly Gallery, the Wren Gallery and the Torrance.

She paints portraits, still life and landscape. Her work is in oil, acrylic and mixed media.
