I am intrigued by the personal response that is invoked by a place or space and how these random feelings or emotions initiated are not easily explained or rationalised.

My practice to-date has seen me engage with and respond in a site specific context. Previous projects have been realised in video work, photographic installation, environmental intervention and design, sculpture and painting.

My work is currently concerned with the investigation and articulation of the notion of space, examining and recording through drawing, mark making and paint, not only the formal / architectural systems and structures but also to engage with the contemporary, social and historical layering of association, memory and emotion.
